I had an asthma yearly check which was satisfactory. I was given an inhaler prescription and advised they had run out but were getting further supplies today, and would deliver the second one this afternoon. I waited in all day but unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive. I did ask yesterday if it could be put through my letterbox and was told I had to be at home to receive it and it couldn't be left. I find this very disappointing seeing that it wasn't my fault they had run out, which I find difficult to understand knowing how important inhalers can be.

My husband is suffering from terminal prostate cancer. I do not know what I would have done without the care and help from the surgery. The doctors, the nurses, the receptionists, the people who deal with repeat prescriptions and the pharmacy, all go out of their way to help. We are extremely lucky to have such a group of people so devoted to their work and to the care of patients.
